Service policies
A concise overview of how consulting services are scoped, delivered, invoiced, cancelled, and supported. The signed agreement for each engagement controls where its terms differ from this general overview.
Service delivery
Consulting services are delivered remotely. The scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, and review process are agreed in writing before work begins. Digital deliverables are provided through the delivery method agreed with the client.
Pricing and payment
Fees are quoted in USD unless another currency is agreed in writing. Work may be priced as a fixed project fee or a monthly consulting fee based on the agreed scope. Clients are invoiced according to the applicable written agreement and completed service periods.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation terms are agreed in writing for each engagement. Fees for services already completed are not refundable. Any treatment of prepaid fees for services not yet performed is determined by the applicable client agreement and the work completed as of the cancellation date.
Privacy
Contact and business information submitted through the private inquiry form is used only to respond, prepare a scope, perform the agreed services, maintain necessary business records, and comply with applicable obligations. Form submissions are kept in a private business inbox. Personal information is not sold or displayed publicly.
Questions and support
Questions about a proposal, invoice, cancellation, refund, or use of personal information should be sent through the private contact form on the main website. No personal phone number, direct email, or home address is published.
